Home My Public Portal AboutR1446Ã *Ã”R E S O L U T I O N NO. 1446•ƒ ÁÁ A RESOLUTION authorizing the Secretary©Treasurer of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District to execute a Fee Agreement with the St. Louis Union Trust Company for the administration of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District Employees' Pension Plan. WHEREAS, the costs of administration of said Plan have risen so as to necessitate an increase in the administration fee, and WHEREAS, the Trust Agreement, as executed by the Board of Trustees of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District and the St. Louis Union Trust Company on June 1, 1968, specifies that any action by the Board pursuant to said Agreement shall be evidenced by resolution of the Board certified to the Trustee, NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT: That the Secretary©Treasurer of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District is hereby authorized to execute a Fee Agreement with the St. Louis Union Trust Company for the administration of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District Employees' Pension Plan. The foregoing Resolution was adopted January 14, 1976.
