WHEREAS, a public sewer now in operation lies in an
easement in the City of Brentwood, St. Louis County, Missouri,
said easement being recorded in Book 1803, Page 495 of the St.
Louis County records, and
WHEREAS, the owner of the land in which such sewer lies
has requested permission to construct a building across said sewer
easement, and examination and survey of such sewer and of such
building shows that the proposed encroachment will not damage the
existing sewer;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Executive
Director be and he is hereby authorized and directed to license
the aforesaid encroachment on said easement, provided that the
District is indemnified against liability, loss or damage from
such encroachment.
The foregoing Resolution was adopted December 1, 1976.
