A RESOLUTION authorizing filing of application with the
Missouri Clean Water Commission for a grant under Section 204.200
-204.240, Revised Statutes of Missouri, 1959, Cumulative
Supplement, 1967.
WHEREAS, the Missouri Clean Water Commission is
authorized by Sections 204.200 - 204.240, Revised Statutes of
Missouri, 1959, Cumulative Supplement, 1967, to grant aid to
authorized applicants for the preparation of Preliminary
Engineering of a specific public project,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
1. That the General Counsel be and he is hereby
authorized to execute and file an application on behalf of The
Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District with the Missouri Clean
Water Commission for a Step 1 grant to aid in the preparation of a
Preliminary Engineering Study for areas of Fee Fee, Creve Coeur
and Caulks Creeks, known as M.S.D. Northwest, tributary to the
Missouri River.
2. That the General Counsel be and he is hereby
authorized and directed to furnish such information as the
Missouri Clean Water Commission may reasonably request in
connection with the application which is herein authorized to be
filed, and sign all necessary documents.
The foregoing Resolution was adopted August 10, 1977.
