RESOLUTION authorizing filing of application with the
Department of Natural Resources, Missouri Clean Water Commission
for a grant under Sections 204.200 - 204.240, Revised Statutes of
Missouri, 1959, Cumulative Supplement, 1967.
WHEREAS, the Department of Natural Resources, Missouri
Clean Water Commission, is authorized by Sections 204.200 -
204.240, Revised Statutes of Missouri, 1959, Cumulative
Supplement, 1967, to grant aid to authorized applicants for the
construction of a specific public project.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
1. That the Executive Director be and he is hereby
authorized to execute and file an application on behalf of The
Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District with the Department of
Natural Resources, Missouri Clean Water Commission, for a Step 1
grant for preparation of a facility plan for the Lower Missouri
River Basin (Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District Northwest).
2. That the Executive Director be and he is hereby
authorized and directed to furnish such information as the
Department of Natural Resources, Missouri Clean Water Commission,
may reasonably request in connection with the application which is
herein authorized to be filed, and sign all necessary documents.
The foregoing Resolution was adopted September 28, 1977.
