WHEREAS, John C. Vogel has faithfully served as a
member of the Civil Service Commission of The Metropolitan St.
Louis Sewer District from July 22, 1957 until March 31, 1978, and
WHEREAS, the Board of Trustees of the District wishes
to express its sincere appreciation for these 21 years of
outstanding service to the District, its employees and the
citizens the District serves,
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
The Board herewith cites and thanks Mr. Vogel for his
generous giving of time, energies and abilities in helping to
guide the District's personnel programs and determine proper
solutions to problems encountered.
Mr. Vogel's intelligence, experience, devotion of
himself and his special capabilities as a legal counsel have made
his service a most valuable asset.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that a copy of this expression
be forwarded to Mr. Vogel.
The foregoing Resolution was adopted April 12, 1978.
