WHEREAS, a public combined sewer now in operation lies
in Union Boulevard adjacent to City Block 4354 in the City of St.
Louis, Missouri; and
WHEREAS, the owner of the land in said City Block 4354
has requested permission to construct a building across said
sewer, and examination and survey of such sewer and of such
building shows that the proposed encroachment will not damage the
existing sewer;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Executive
Director be and he is hereby authorized and directed to license
the aforesaid encroachment over said sewer, provided that the
rights of the District are preserved and the District is
indemnified against liability, loss or damage from such
encroachment.
The foregoing Resolution was adopted April 28, 1979.
