WHEREAS, Resolution No. 1388, adopted April 24, 1974,
provides a directive for the deposit and investment of District
funds; and
WHEREAS, such Resolution has become obsolescent, and
should be repealed.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that such Resolution
No. 1388, adopted April 24, 1974, is hereby repealed.
The foregoing Resolution was adopted November 14, 1979.
