WHEREAS, a public 66-inch sewer now in operation lies
in City Block 5385 of the City of St. Louis, Missouri, and
WHEREAS, the owner of the land in which such sewer lies
has requested permission to construct a building across said sewer
easement, and examination and survey of such sewer and of such
building shows that the proposed encroachment will not damage the
existing sewer;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Executive
Director be and he is hereby authorized and directed to license
the aforesaid encroachment over said sewer in City Block 5385 in
the City of St. Louis, provided that the District is indemnified
against liability, loss or damage from such encroachment.
The foregoing Resolution was adopted July 9, 1980.
