WHEREAS, the revised Workers' Compensation Law of the
State of Missouri provides that after August 13, 1980, the
District's officers will not be covered by the provisions of said
Workers' Compensation Law unless said coverage is approved by a
resolution of the District's Board of Trustees,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
That it is the intention of the Board that the officers
of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District be covered by all
provisions of the Workers' Compensation Law of the State of
Missouri.
The foregoing Resolution was adopted August 13, 1980.
