WHEREAS, a public 4' x 8' box culvert now in operation
lies in Lot 2, Block 1 of Geneseo Hills Subdivision in the City of
Des Peres, Missouri, and
WHEREAS, the owner of the land in which such culvert
lies has requested permission to construct a building across said
culvert, and examination and survey of such culvert and of such
building shows that the proposed encroachment will not damage the
existing culvert;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Executive
Director be and he is hereby authorized and directed to license
the aforesaid encroachment over said box culvert in Lot 2, Block 1
of Geneseo Hills Subdivision in the City of Des Peres, Missouri,
provided that the District is indemnified against liability, loss
or damage from such encroachment.
The foregoing Resolution was adopted October 29, 1980.
