WHEREAS, a public combination sewer now in operation
lies in City Block 513-N in the City of St. Louis, Missouri, and
WHEREAS, the owner of the land in which such sewer lies
has requested permission to construct a building across said
sewer, and examination and survey of such sewer and of such
building shows that the proposed encroachment will not damage the
existing sewer;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Executive
Director be and he is hereby authorized and directed to license
the aforesaid encroachment over said combination sewer in City
Block 513-N in the City of St. Louis, Missouri, provided that the
District is indemnified against liability, loss or damage from
such encroachment.
The foregoing Resolution was adopted November 12, 1980.
