WHEREAS, by Ordinance No. 4254, adopted December 23,
1980, the Board of Trustees of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer
District created Subdistrict No. 498 (Twilight Drive), and by
Resolution No. 1593, adopted January 28, 1981, declared the
necessity of an improvement to be made in said subdistrict to be
paid for by special tax bills or other evidence of special benefit
assessments to be levied ratably by area on land benefitted, an
WHEREAS, adequate notice of a public hearing in respect
to said improvement in said subdistrict was given, and
WHEREAS, a public hearing was held not less than ten
nor more than thirty days after the adoption of Resolution No.
1593, to wit: On Tuesday, February 24, 1981, at the Lindbergh
Senior High School, 4900 South Lindbergh, St. Louis County,
Missouri, at which hearing all persons interested in such
improvement were given an opportunity to be heard.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT that the Board of
Trustees hereby finds and determines that it is in the public
interest that such improvement, consisting of approximately 2,319
lineal feet of 8-inch sewers, be made and further determines to
proceed with such improvement.
The foregoing Resolution was adopted March 11, 1981.
