WHEREAS, The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District
organized and existing under and by virtue of the laws of the
State of Missouri (herein called the "Applicant"), has filed an
application with the Missouri Department of Natural Resources for
a grant under Section 192.600 Revised Statutes of Missouri, 1969,
(herein called the "Government"), and
WHEREAS, the Government has approved such application
subject to certain conditions, and has submitted to the Applicant
a certain Certificate of Acceptance of State Grant (herein called
the "Certificate"), has identified such Certificate as Project No.
S-187-81 North Maryland Heights, for approval and execution by the
Applicant, which said Certificate is satisfactory.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE APPLICANT that the said Certificate be and the same is
hereby approved. The Assistant Executive Director and General
Counsel is hereby authorized and directed to execute the said
Certificate, when received in the name and on behalf of the
Applicant, in as many counterparts as may be necessary, and the
Assistant Secretary-Treasurer is hereby authorized and directed to
affix or impress the official seal of the Applicant hereon and to
attest the same. The proper officer is directed to forward the
said executed counterparts of said Certificate to the Government,
together with such other documents evidencing the approval and
authorization to execute the same as may be required by the
Government.
The foregoing Resolution was adopted August 5, 1981.
