WHEREAS, by Ordinance No. 4373, adopted May 27, 1981,
the Board of Trustees of the Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District
created Subdistrict No. 533 Marbury and Laconia, and by Resolution
No. 1611, adopted July 29, 1981, declared the necessity of an
improvement to be made in said subdistrict be paid for by special
tax bills or other evidence of special benefit assessments to be
levied ratably by area on land benefitted, and
WHEREAS, adequate notice of public hearing in respect
to said improvement in said subdistrict was given, and
WHEREAS, a public hearing was held not less than ten
nor more than thirty days after the adoption of Resolution No.
1611, to wit: On Thursday, August 27, 1981, at St. Margaret Mary
Alacoque Church, 4900 Ringer Road, St. Louis County, Missouri, at
which hearing all persons interested in such improvement were
given an opportunity to be heard.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN SEWER DISTRICT that the Board of Trustees
hereby finds and determines that it is in the public interest that
such improvement, consisting of approximately 5,418 lineal feet of
8-inch sewers, be made and further determines to proceed with such
improvement.
The foregoing Resolution was adopted September 2, 1981.
