WHEREAS, Gerard J. Schmidt resigned from the Board of
Trustees of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District, and
WHEREAS, the Board wishes to express its sincere
appreciation to Mr. Schmidt for his distinguished service to the
District and the citizens it serves;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
The Board herewith cites and thanks Mr. Schmidt for his
generous sharing of business acumen and giving of time, talent and
energies to serve the District and the citizens it serves in
fulfilling the responsibilities of the District;
Mr. Schmidt's expertise and devotion to problems and
projects of the District contributed greatly to the District's
progress and fulfillment of responsibilities.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that a copy of this expression
be presented to Mr. Schmidt.
The foregoing Resolution was adopted June 9, 1982.
