WHEREAS, on October 30, 1982, Charles B. Kaiser, Jr.,
Assistant Executive Director and General Counsel of The
Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District was named the Management
Honoree of the Greater St. Louis Labor and Management Committee of
the City of Hope National Medical Center, and
WHEREAS, this honor is the latest to have been bestowed
upon Mr. Kaiser, whose achievements have been recognized on the
national, state and local levels, and
WHEREAS, Mr. Kaiser's honors and achievements have
brought much credit to and reflected favorably upon this District,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
THAT, this Board, on behalf of itself, the District and
its people, and the citizens it serves, herewith cites and
congratulates Charles B. Kaiser, Jr., Assistant Executive Director
and General Counsel of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District
for having been named the 1982 Management Honoree of the Greater
St. Louis Labor and Management Committee of the City of Hope
National Medical Center, and for his numerous other honors and
achievements which have brought much credit to and reflected
favorably upon this District.
The foregoing Resolution was adopted November 24, 1982.
