A. Coordinated Public Transit – Human Services Transportation Plan Update
Action Requested: Discussion
Staff Report: The plan identifies the transportation needs of individuals with disabilities, older adults, and
people with low incomes. The plan provides strategies for meeting these needs, and prioritizes
transportation services for funding and implementation. MoDOT is providing a grant of approximately
$20,000 to aid in the update of the Plan.
B. Visioning and Travel Demand Model – Draft Scope of Services
Action Requested: Discussion and recommendation to the Board of Directors.
Staff Report: Staff recommends approving the scope of services and forwarding them to the Board of
Directors. Travel demand modeling and visioning for the MTP update are in the approved Unified Planning
Work Program.
