WHEREAS, a public combination sewer now in operation
lies in vacated rights-of-way of Twentieth Street between the
south line of Market Street and the north line of the Daniel Boone
Expressway in the City of St. Louis, Missouri, and
WHEREAS, the owner of the land in which such sewer lies
has requested permission to construct a building across said
sewer, and examination and survey of such sewer and of such
building shows that the proposed encroachment will not damage the
existing sewer;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Executive
Director be and he is hereby authorized and directed to license
the aforesaid encroachment over said combination sewer in vacated
rights-of-way of Twentieth Street between the south line of Market
Street and the north line of the Daniel Boone Expressway in the
City of St. Louis, Missouri, provided that the District is
indemnified against liability, loss or damage from such
encroachment.
The foregoing Resolution was adopted April 27, 1983.
