HomeMy Public PortalAboutR1672 R E S O L U T I O N NO. 1672 WHEREAS, by Ordinance No. 4980, adopted March 9, 1983, the Board of Trustees of the Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District created Subdistrict No. 563 (Gist & Mandeville), and by Resolution No. 1668, adopted April 27, 1983 declared the necessity of an improvement to be made in said subdistrict be paid for by special tax bills or other evidence of special benefit assessments to be levied ratably by area on land benefitted, and WHEREAS, adequate notice of public hearing in respect to said improvement in said subdistrict was given, and WHEREAS, a public hearing was held not less than ten nor more than thirty days after the adoption of Resolution No. 1668, to wit: On Tuesday May 24, 1981, at the Bridgeton Community Center, 4201 Fee Fee Road, Bridgeton, Missouri, at which hearing all persons interested in such improvement were given an opportunity to be heard. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT that the Board of Trustees hereby finds and determines that it is in the public interest that such improvement, consisting of approximately 2,061 lineal feet of 8-inch sewer, be made and further determines to proceed with such improvement. The foregoing Resolution wad adopted June 8, 1983.
