Case No. B17010 – 1616 Oilwell Road; Conditional Use Permit for Event Center. Application
filed by Turkey Creek Golf Center LLC, property owner, for a Conditional Use Permit to operate
an Event Center in an RU zoning district. The property is located on the east side of Oilwell Road
4000 feet north of Cedar City Drive and is described as part of section 9 and 10, Township 44
North, Range 11 West, Jefferson City, Callaway County, Missouri.
Case No. B17011 – 2800 Route J; Conditional Use Permit for Topsoil Extraction/Supply
Business. Application filed by Sandra Smith, property owner, on behalf of Premium Topsoil LLC,
applicant, for a conditional use permit to operate a topsoil supply business / topsoil extraction
operation. The property consists of approximately 175 acres located on the west side of Highway
J approximately 2.5 miles north of Highway 50 and is described as part of private surveys 2616
