HomeMy Public PortalAboutR1709 R E S O L U T I O N NO. 1709 WHEREAS, The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District (herein called the "Applicant"), organized and existing under and by virtue of the laws of the State of Missouri, has filed an application with the Missouri Department of Natural Resources, (herein called the "Government"), for a grant under Section 192.600 et seq., Revised Statutes of Missouri, 1969, for the construction of the Marshall Road Pump Station, Interceptor and Force Main; and the Thornhill Interceptor in the Lower Meramec River Basin, and WHEREAS, the Government has approved such application subject to certain conditions, and has submitted to the Applicant a certain Grant Agreement (herein called the "Grant Agreement"), has identified such Grant Agreement as Project No. C290875-06, for approval and execution by the Applicant, which said Grant Agreement is satisfactory. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE APPLICANT that the said Grant Agreement be and the same is hereby approved. The Assistant Executive Director and General Counsel is hereby authorized and directed to execute the said Grant Agreement in the name and on behalf of the Applicant, in as many counterparts as may be necessary, and the Secretary-Treasurer is hereby authorized and directed to affix or impress the official seal of the Applicant hereon and to attest the same. The proper officer is directed to forward the said executed counterparts of said Grant Agreement to the Government, together with such other documents evidencing the approval and authorization to execute the same as may be required by the Government. The foregoing Resolution was adopted June 13, 1984.
