A RESOLUTION transferring unencumbered appropriated
balances totaling Three Hundred Ninety Seven Thousand Three
Hundred Fifty Dollars ($397,350.00) from certain classifications
of expenditure to others within the General Fund to meet the
operating needs of the District for the remainder of the fiscal
year 1983-84.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
That the sum total of Three Hundred Ninety Seven
Thousand Three Hundred Fifty Dollars ($397,350.00) is hereby
transferred from certain classifications of expenditure to others
within the General Fund to meet the operating needs of the
District for the remainder of the fiscal year 1983-84, said
transfers to be made between accounts and in the amounts as
follows:
From Wastewater Facilities $ 397,350.00 $ 397,350.00 To Legal Personal Services $ 10,000.00 Finance Admin. & General 60,000.00 Maintenance Personal Services 185,000.00 Maintenance Admin. & General 39,000.00 Maintenance Materials & Services 41,350.00 Engineering Personal Services 20,000.00 Engineering Admin. & General 12,000.00 Engineering Materials & Services 20,000.00 Wastewater Admin. & General 10,000.00 $ 397,350.00
The foregoing Resolution was adopted June 13, 1984.
