HomeMy Public PortalAboutR1729 R E S O L U T I O N NO. 1729 WHEREAS, a public storm sewer channel and sanitary sewer now in operation lie in easements in part of Lot 100 St. Ferdinand Commons, in the City of Florissant, St. Louis County, Missouri, as shown on a "20" drainage easement" in said part of Lot 100, as recorded in Book 6183, Page 409 and as shown on an easement in said part of Lot 100 as recorded in Book 7684, Pages 1337 and 1338 of the St. Louis County Records; and WHEREAS, the owner of the land in which such sewer lies has requested permission to construct a vehicular bridge and a pedestrian bridge and walkway across portions of said sewer easements, and examination and survey of such sewer and of such construction shows that the proposed encroachments will not damage the existing sewers; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Executive Director be and he is hereby authorized and directed to license the aforesaid encroachments on easements, provided that the right of the District to use the easements are preserved and the District is indemnified against liability, loss or damage from such encroachment. The foregoing Resolution was adopted May 8, 1985.
