WHEREAS, The Metropolitan St. Louis Sever District owns
a certain parcel of real property with improvements thereon in the
City of Overland, Missouri, known and numbered as 2544 Sims
Avenue, and
WHEREAS, said real property and improvements are no
longer necessary to the operations of the District,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
That the real property and improvements thereon owned
by the District in the City of Overland, Missouri, known and
numbered as 2544 Sims Avenue, are hereby declared to be surplus,
and shall be disposed of at a price not less than Fifty Thousand
Dollars ($50,000.00).
The foregoing Resolution was adopted June 12, 1985.
