WHEREAS, a public sanitary sewer lies in an easement in
West Bemiston Block 2 Lots 3 and 4, U. S. Survey 1919 T45N R6E in
St. Louis County, Missouri; and
WHEREAS, the owner of land in which such sewer lies has
requested permission to construct garage stairs across a portion
of said sewer easement and examination and survey of such sewer
and of such building shows that the proposed encroachment will not
damage the existing sewer;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Executive
Director be and he is hereby authorized and directed to license
the aforesaid encroachment on easement, provided that the right of
the District to use the easement is preserved and the District is
indemnified against liability, loss or damage from such
encroachment.
The foregoing Resolution was adopted July 24, 1985.
