1. Welcoming Remarks Council member Mihalevich
a. Introduction of Council Members and Housing Authority Board
Members – this forum is not a formal meeting of either body and no
official action will be taken at the forum. The Housing Authority
may meet briefly after the forum.

2. Explanation of Forum Process Cynthia Quetsch
a. Thank you to Jenny Smith Historic City of Jefferson for providing
the photos of the properties
b. Straw polling process 5 votes per participant
c. Straw poll is used as one measure of public interest it is not binding
on the decision makers setting the priorities
d. Listening session time limits per speaker- we will stay to the last
speaker who has signed up by 6:15 has had their allotted time
e. At the end of the evening we will announce the straw vote.
