ÁÁ WHEREAS, The Board of Trustees of the Metropolitan St.
Louis Sewer District has adopted and approved the Preliminary
Engineering Study Report for the Bissell Point Plant Secondary
Treatment Project as published July, 1984, and April, 1985,
(Revised) by Sverdrup and Parcel/Havens and Emerson, a joint
venture, and the Alternative Site Comparison Study Report for the
Bissell Point Plant Secondary Treatment Project as published
December, 1984, by Sverdrup and Parcel/Havens and Emerson, a
joint venture, and
WHEREAS, the Board of Trustees of The Metropolitan St.
Louis Sewer District has authorized the acquisition of the
Costello, Sligo, and Burlington Northern Railroad parcels by
purchase or condemnation,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT, that the Site Plan
for the Bissell Point Wastewater Treatment Plant Secondary
Treatment Project, revised January 8, 1986, be adopted and
approved by this Board as demonstrating that the property
acquisition is necessary for the construction of the Bissell
Point Secondary Treatment Facilities.
The foregoing Resolution was adopted January 22, 1986.
