ÁÁ WHEREAS, The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District owns
a certain parcel of real property in St. Louis County, Missouri,
in U.S. Survey 124, Township 45 North, Range 3 East, per the
decree recorded in Book 232, Page 148 of the St. Louis City
(former County) Records, lying at Strecker and Church Roads, and
WHEREAS, said real property is no longer necessary to
the operations of the District,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
That the real property owned by the District in St.
Louis County, Missouri, in U.S. Survey 124, Township 45 North,
Range 3 East, per the decree recorded in Book 232, Page 148 of
the St. Louis City (former County) Records, lying at Strecker and
Church Roads, is hereby declared to be surplus.
The foregoing Resolution was adopted July 9, 1986,
