Home My Public Portal AboutR1780ÁÁ Ã*Ã”R E S O L U T I O N NO. 1780•ƒ ÁÁ WHEREAS, a public combined sewer now in operation lies in the former Lawrence Street and an alley in City Block 4960, in the City of St. Louis, Missouri, said street and alley having been vacated by City of St. Louis Ordinance No. 60021, and WHEREAS, the owner of the land in which such sewer lies has requested permission to construct a building across said sewer, and examination and survey of such sewer and of such building shows that the proposed encroachment will not damage the existing sewer, NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Executive Director be and he is hereby authorized and directed to license the aforesaid encroachment over said combined sewer in the former Lawrence Street and an alley in City Block 4960, in the City of St. Louis, Missouri, said street and alley having been vacated by City of St. Louis, . Ordinance No. 60021, provided that the District is indemnified against liability, loss, or damage from such encroachment. ÁÁ The foregoing Resolution was adopted October 1, 1986.
