Ì WHEREAS, Emogene Farris has faithfully served The
Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District from February 6, 1978
to her retirement effective November 1, 1986.ÞJÞ

Ì WHEREAS, her tireless energy, dedication, and
loyalty as Secretary II have contributed extensively to the
development and progress of the District and to the public
which it serves;ÞJÞ
Ì
Ì NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF
TRUSTEES OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:ÞJÞ

Ì THAT, this Board, on behalf of itself, the
District and its people, and the citizens it serves,
herewith cites and expresses its greatest appreciation to
Emogene Farris for this eight years of exemplary service.ÞJÞ

Ì BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that a copy of this
expression be presented to Ms. Farris.ÞJÞ
