WHEREAS, Sam Tomlinson has faithfully served The
Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District from August 6, 1962 to his
retirement effective December 1, 1986.
WHEREAS, his tireless energy, dedication, and loyalty as
Construction Laborer I have contributed extensively to the
development and progress of the District and to the public which it
serves;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
THAT, this Board, on behalf of itself, the District and
its people, and the citizens it serves, herewith cites and
expresses its greatest appreciation to Sam Tomlinson for his
twenty-four years of exemplary service.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that a copy of this expression be
presented to Mr. Tomlinson.
The foregoing Resolution was adopted December 5, 1986.
