Ì WHEREAS, Garland P. Ditch has faithfully served
the Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District from September 26,
1966 to his retirement effective April 1, 1987.ÞJÞ
Ì
Ì WHEREAS, his tireless energ#dedication, and
loyalty as Maintenance Mechanic have contributed extensively
to the development and progress of the District and to the
public which it serves;ÞJÞ
Ì
Ì NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF
TRUSTEES OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:ÞJÞ
Ì
Ì THAT, this Board, on behalf of itself, the
District and its people, and the citizens it serves,
herewith cites and expresses its greatest appre¬ciation to
Garland P. Ditch for his twenty years of exemplary service.ÞJÞ

Ì BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that a copy of this
expression be presented to Mr. Ditch.ÞJÞ
