Ã*ÔR E S O L U T I O N NO. 1794•ƒ
WHEREAS, a public sanitary sewer now in operation lies
in Gay Avenue, in the City of Clayton, Missouri, and
WHEREAS, the owner of the land in which such sewer lies
has requested permission to construct an overhead pedestrian
walkway across said sewer, and examination and survey of such
sewer and of such overhead pedestrian walkway shows that the
proposed encroachment will not damage the existing sewer,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Executive
Director be and he is hereby authorized and directed to license
the aforesaid encroachment over said sanitary sewer in Gay Avenue
in the City of Clayton, Missouri, provided that the District is
indemnified against liability, loss, or damage from such
encroachment.
