R E S O L U T I O N NO. 1798
WHEREAS, Clarence Vaughn has faithfully served The Metropolitan St.
Louis Sewer District from June 20, 1968 to his retirement effective May 1,
1987.
WHEREAS, his tireless energy, dedication, and loyalty as Treatment
Plant Operator I have contributed extensively to the development and progress
of the District and to the public which it serves;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
THAT, this Board, on behalf of itself, the District and its people,
and the citizens it serves, herewith cites and expresses its greatest
appreciation to Clarence Vaughn for his eighteen years of exemplary service.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that a copy of this expression be presented
to Mr. Vaughn.
The foregoing Resolution was adopted April 29, 1987.
