R E S O L U T I O N NO. 1801
WHEREAS, Jacob Birnstill has faithfully served the Metropolitan St.
Louis Sewer District from January 15, 1968 to his retirement effective June 1,
1987
WHEREAS, his tireless energy, dedication, and loyalty as Associate
Watershed Manager have contributed extensively to the development and progress
of the District and to the public which it serves;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
THAT, this Board, on behalf of itself, the District and its people,
and the citizens it serves, herewith cites and expresses its greatest
appreciation to Jacob Birnstill for his 19 years of exemplary service.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that a copy of this expression be presented
to Mr. Birnstill.
The foregoing Resolution was adopted May 13, 1987.
