R E S O L U T I O N NO. 1811
WHEREAS, the Board of Trustees of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer
District has previously authorized the Secretary-Treasurer, the Assistant
Secretary-Treasurer, or the General Counsel and Assistant Executive Director to
sign all checks drawn on any of the accounts of the District, and
WHEREAS, the Board finds that it would be convenient to authorize
the Director of Administration of the District to also sign such checks,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Director of Administration
of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District be and is hereby authorized to
sign, manually, checks drawn on any of the accounts of the District in addition
to the existing authority of the Secretary-Treasurer, the Assistant Secretary-
Treasurer, or the General Counsel and Assistant Executive Director to so sign
such checks.
The foregoing Resolution was adopted July 16, 1987.
