R E S O L U T I O N NO. 1812
WHEREAS, certain business transactions of The Metropolitan St.
Louis Sewer District can be facilitated by the electronic transfer of District
funds, and
WHEREAS, the Board of Trustees of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer
District finds that it would be in the District's best interest to utilize the
electronic transfer of funds in the course of District business,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Secretary-Treasurer, the
Assistant Secretary-Treasurer, the General Counsel and Assistant Executive
Director, or the Director of Administration of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer
District be and are hereby authorized to make the electronic transfer of
District funds from an existing District account in one bank to an existing
District account in another bank, or as a payment by the District in the course
of District business.
The foregoing Resolution was adopted July 16, 1987.
