R1822ŸÁÁÃ*ÔR E S O L U T I O N NO. 1822•ƒ WHEREAS, public sewers now in operation lie in ease-ments 25 feet wide, 15 feet wide, and 10 feet wide in property now or formerly of Cypress Village Shopping Center, Inc. in U. S. Surveys 406 and 1203, St. Louis County, Missouri, said easements being that granted by said Cypress Village Shopping Center, Inc., by instrument dated August 24, 1967 and recorded in Plat Book 122, Page 82 of the St. Louis County Records, and WHEREAS, the owner of the land in which such sewers lie has requested permission to permit the encroachment of buildings across said easements, and examination and survey of such sewers and of such buildings shows that the proposed encroachment will not damage the existing sewers, NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Executive Director be and he is hereby authorized and directed to license the aforesaid encroachment on said easements, provided that the right to the District to use the easements is preserved, and under suitable indemnity provisions. The foregoing Resolution was adopted October 14, 1987.
