HomeMy Public PortalAboutR1830ÁÁ Ã*ÔR E S O L U T I O N NO. 1830•ƒ ÁÁ WHEREAS, The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District has been and will be filing periodically with the United States Environmental Protection Agency and the Missouri Department of Natural Resources applications for grants to aid in the construction of projects to abate water pollution within the District's area of jurisdiction and responsibility, and WHEREAS, the United States Environmental Protection Agency and the Missouri Department of Natural Resources have requested that a duly authorized representative of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District be officially designated by the Board of Trustees in all matters pertaining to said grant applications, NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT that henceforth Charles B. Kaiser, Jr., the Assistant Executive Director and General Counsel of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District, or his designated representative, shall be the authorized representative for all grant projects of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District. All pertinent correspondence shall be directed to the Assistant Executive Director and General Counsel, as the authorized representative, and he shall have the authority to sign and act for the District, on all new and existing projects immediately. ÁÁThe foregoing Resolution was adopted January 13, 1988.
