WHEREAS, the owner of the land in which such sewer lies has requested permission to construct a building©to©building passage¬way across said sewer, and examination and survey of such sewer and of such construction shows that the proposed encroachment will not damage the existing sewer; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Executive Director be and he is hereby authorized and directed to license the aforesaid encroachment over said combination sewer in C.B..1237 in the City of St. Louis, Missouri, provided that the District is indemnified against liability, loss or damage from such encroachment. ÁÁ The foregoing Resolution was adopted May 18, 1988.
