Patterson has faithfully served the Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District from October 22, 1971 to his retirement effective October 1, 1988Þ ZÞ Ì Ì WHEREAS, his tireless energy, dedication and loyalty as Junior Accountant have contributed extensively to the development and progress of the District and to the public which it serves;Þ ZÞ Ì Ì NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE METROPOLITAN ST.
