Home My Public Portal AboutR1869Ã *Ã”R E S O L U T I O N NO. 1869•ƒ ÁÁ WHEREAS, certain business transactions of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District can be facilitated by the electronic transfer of District funds, and WHEREAS, the Board of Trustees of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District finds that it would be in the District's best interest to utilize the electronic transfer of funds in the course of District business, NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the electronic transfer of District funds from an existing District account in one bank to an existing District account in another bank, or as a payment by the District in the course of District business may be made jointly by any two of the following District officials: the Secretary©Treasurer, the Assistant Secretary©Treasurer, the General Counsel and Assistant Executive Director, and the Director of Administration of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District. The foregoing Resolution was adopted November 9, 1988.
