R E S O L U T I O N NO. 1872
WHEREAS, The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District organized and
existing under and by virtue of the laws of the State of Missouri, has filed an
application with the Missouri Department of Natural Resources (MDNR) for a
grant under Section 644.006, et seq., Revised Statutes of Missouri, 1986, for
the construction of the Final Clarifiers at the Bissell Point Wastewater
Treatment Plant, (BP-5), and
WHEREAS, MDNR has approved such application subject to certain
conditions, has identified such construction as Project Number C290641-06, and
has submitted to the District for acceptance a certain "Grant Agreement", and
WHEREAS, the Board of Trustees finds such offer acceptable by the
District,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
APPLICANT that the said "Grant Agreement" form is hereby approved. The
Assistant Executive Director and General Counsel is hereby authorized and
directed to execute the acceptance section of said form on behalf of the
District in as many counterparts as may be necessary, and to return the forms
to the MDNR as directed.
The foregoing Resolution was adopted December 14, 1988.
