R E S O L U T I O N NO. 1873
WHEREAS, 3 public combined sewers now in operation lies in City
Block 3998E, in the City of St. Louis, Missouri, and
WHEREAS, the owner of the land in which such sewer lies has
requested permission to reconstruct a building across said sewers, and
examination and survey of such sewer and of such building shows that the
proposed encroachment will not damage the existing sewers:
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Executive Director be and
he is hereby authorized and directed to license the aforesaid encroachment over
said combined sewers in City Block 3998E, in the City of St. Louis, Missouri,
provided that the District is indemnified against liability, loss, or damage
from such encroachment.
The foregoing Resolution was adopted December 14, 1988.
