R E S O L U T I O N NO. 1874
WHEREAS, Willie S. Heard has faithfully served the Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District from
May 29, 1961 to his retirement effective January 1, 1989
WHEREAS, his tireless energy, dedication and loyalty as Creek Maintenance Foreman have
contributed extensively to the development and progress of the District and to the public which
it serves;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER
DISTRICT:
THAT, this Board, on behalf of itself, the District and its people, and the citizens it serves,
herewith cites and expresses its greatest appreciation to Willie Heard for his 27 years of
exemplary service.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that a copy of this expression be presented to Mr. Heard.
The foregoing Resolution was adopted December 28, 1988.
