R E S O L U T I O N NO. 1879
WHEREAS, John H. Sears has faithfully served the Metropolitan St.
Louis Sewer District from March 12, 1956 to his retirement effective February
1, 1989.
WHEREAS, his tireless energy, dedication and loyalty as Watershed
Manager, Engineering have contributed extensively to the development and
progress of the District and to the public which it serves;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
THAT, this Board, on behalf of itself, the District and its people,
and the citizens it serves, herewith cites and expresses its greatest
appreciation to John Sears for his 32 years of exemplary service.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that a copy of this expression be presented
to Mr. Sears.
The foregoing Resolution was adopted January 11, 1989.
