R E S O L U T I O N NO. 1880
WHEREAS, James P. Mills has faithfully served the Metropolitan St.
Louis Sewer District from July 12, 1965 to his retirement effective February 1,
1989.
WHEREAS, his tireless energy, dedication and loyalty as Crew Worker
V have contributed extensively to the development and progress of the District
and to the public which it serves;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
THAT, this Board, on behalf of itself, the District and its people,
and the citizens it serves, herewith cites and expresses its greatest
appreciation to James Mills for his 23 years of exemplary service.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that a copy of this expression be presented
to Mr. Mills.
The foregoing Resolution was adopted January 11, 1989.
