R E S O L U T I O N NO. 1881
WHEREAS, The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District has
been and will be filing periodically with the United States
Environmental Protection Agency and the Missouri Department of
Natural Resources applications for grants to aid in the
construction of projects to abate water pollution within the
District's area of jurisdiction and responsibility, and
WHEREAS, the United States Environmental Protection
Agency and the Missouri Department of Natural Resources have
requested that duly authorized representatives of The Metropolitan
St. Louis Sewer District be officially designated by the Board of
Trustees in all matters pertaining to said grant applications,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT that henceforth Frank
G. Kriz, the Executive Director, Charles B. Kaiser, Jr., the
Assistant Executive Director and General Counsel, and Charles M.
Etwert, the Chief Operating Officer of The Metropolitan St. Louis
Sewer District, or either of them acting alone, shall be the
authorized representatives for all grant projects of The
Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District with full authority to sign
and act for and on behalf of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer
District on all new and existing projects. All pertinent
correspondence shall be directed to the Assistant Executive
Director and General Counsel.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted January 11, 1989.
