R1898ÁÁÃ*ÔR E S O L U T I O N NO. 1898•ƒ WHEREAS, a public sanitary sewer now in operation lies in an easement in Lot 1 of Bridgeton Acres, in St. Louis County, Missouri, as shown on an existing 20' wide easement in said Lot 1 and as shown in Plat Book 172, Pages 82 and 83 and recorded in Deed Book 8191, Pages 1162 and 1163 of the St. Louis County Records; and WHEREAS, the owner of land in which such sewer lies has constructed a building, drives, parking lots and other improvements across a portion of said sewer easement and examination and survey of such sewer and of such building shows that the proposed encroachment will not damage the existing sewer; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Executive Director be and he is hereby authorized and directed to license the aforesaid encroachment on easement, provided that the right of the District to use the easement is preserved and the District is indemnified against liability, loss or damage from such encroachment. The foregoing Resolution was adopted July 12, 1989.
