Home My Public Portal AboutR1902ÁÁÃ*Ã”R E S O L U T I O N NO. 1902•ƒ WHEREAS, the Executive Director of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District ("District") has recommended to the Board of Trustees that a certain parcel of real property described as a tract of land consisting of 16.53 acres located on Barrett Station Road South of Manchester Road in St. Louis County, Missouri is no longer necessary or useful in the District's operations and, therefore, should be declared as surplus real property; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT: 1. Based upon the recommendation of the Executive Director of the District, the above©described real property is hereby determined to be no longer necessary or useful in the District's operations and is, therefore, declared surplus real property. 2. This determination is made pursuant to Resolution 1893 of the District. The foregoing Resolution was adopted August 9, 1989.
